MEMORY CAFE - APRIL 9, 2020 TOPIC: RELAXATION AND FOOD

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

To Support you all during this challenging time, we have taken our Monthly Memory Cafe - ONLINE and we have expanded them to a weekly format!

Each Thursday we are joining together, from noon to 2pm, (come when you can, stay as long as you are able!) via ZOOM to support each other, make new friends, learn more important coping skills and approaches, engage with our loved one in a positive and enjoyable experience, and have some fun and laughter!

Topic: Memory Cafe - Relaxation and Food - How are you relaxing during this very stressful time? What approaches are working? what isn’t? New ideas and tips for ways to relax will be shared. And, the all important topic of FOOD! With Quarantine underway and everyone refocused on home, many are experiencing a reconnection to cooking, baking and comfort foods. Is this something you have experienced? Would you like to? LOL! These topics and more await you.
